Robert S. Bartolomeo, MD, FACG, AGAF, FACP

Robert S. Bartolomeo, MD, FACG, AGAF, FACP completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Bridgeport Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Yale Medical School. He has been an active participant in the internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship training programs at Winthrop-University Hospital, and has been honored with the “Medical Teaching Attending of the Year”. He has recently served as President of the Medical Staff of Winthrop, and currently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff. He is a Diplomate of the Boards of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Bartolomeo is a former member of the Board of Directors of Winthrop-University Hospital. |

Perry C. Gould, MD, FACG, FACP completed a gastroenterology fellowship at New York Medical College. He has been an active participant in the internal medicine and gastroenterology fellowship training programs at Winthrop-University Hospital, where he also serves on the Surgical Review Committee. His clinical interests include capsule endoscopy. He is a Diplomate of the Boards of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians. He also serves as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Leonard B. Stein, MD, FACG, FACP completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Temple University Hospital. He is the Medical Director of the Long Island Center for Digestive Health, an ambulatory endoscopy center. His clinical interests include diseases of the liver. Allan L. Schuss, MD, FCAP, FASCP
Allan L. Schuss, MD, FCAP, FASCP completed a residency in clinical and anatomic pathology at Winthrop-University Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident. He was formerly the Administrative Medical Director of Pathology at Winthrop-University Hospital and Director of Pathology and Laboratories at New Island Hospital. He is the Director of Pathology of the Laboratory of Diagnostic Pathology, a division of Gastroenterology Associates, PC. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology, and a fellow in the College of American Pathologists and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. He is a past-president of the Nassau County Society of Pathologists and most recently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology at SUNY Stony Brook.

E. Michael Sullivan, DO completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Winthrop-University Hospital, where he previously served as Chief Medical Resident. Bridget A. McAuley, ANP
Bridget A. McAuley, ANP received her Masters of Science and Adult Nurse Practitioner degrees at SUNY at Stony Brook and is Board Certified. She is a member of the Long Island Chapter of the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association. Her clinical interests include patient education and therapeutic management of inflammatory bowel disease and hepatitis C.
